Lucy Pardee is a researcher and BAFTA-winning casting director. Since starting her career in 2004, Lucy has been drawn to stories that haven’t been told and people who might not otherwise be seen.

Known for discovering and nurturing newcomers to the industry, she combines community-facing work with more traditional routes to create fresh perspectives. She is committed to levelling the playing field and improving access to the industry.
